RMR - Resting Metabolic Rate
Having your resting metabolic rate taken is another great advantage in acheiving certain fitness and health goals. You read a lot now about people not eating enough to lose weight, or not eating the right foods to gain weight! This is where an RMR reading would be a benefit. With the RMR, it takes 15 minutes, and will tell you what your caloric intake should be for your goals. No guesswork, the numbers are there in fromt of you.
